1. Introduction
Welcome to Suave Score, a product of Coopers Hawk Health Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern your use of the Suavescore.com website (“Site”) and the Suave Score credit report product provided to you through the Site.
By using our Site and/or subscribing to our Suave Score product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, along with our Privacy Policy and any other rules or guidelines that may be applicable.
2. Product Subscription and Fees
By subscribing to the Suave Score product, you agree to pay a monthly fee of $19.95. This fee will be automatically deducted from your designated payment method. All payments are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise specified. Should you have insufficient funds available to fulfill your payment, an additional payment will be run on the 28th day of the month in order to collect your monthly fee. Should you still not have the required funds, your Suave Score account will be cancelled.
3. Data Providers
The client acknowledges and agrees that the data offered through the Platform and/or associated with the Suave Score product originates from various third-party data and service provider sources, each referred to as a “Data Provider.” The Company does not generate this data but solely hosts and/or provides it through these Data Providers.
4. Additional Terms
You may need to consent to additional terms and conditions that pertain to the use of specific Data from a Data Provider (“Applicable Data Terms”) or Products (“Applicable Product Terms”). These terms will be outlined within this Agreement, a relevant order, or presented to you before using such Data or Products. By executing an order or continuously using such Data or Products, you agree to such terms.
5. No Warranty
Any Data or Products supplied by third parties, including Data Providers, are delivered “AS IS” without any warranty. The Company assumes no responsibility for and expressly disclaims any obligation or liability regarding any third-party Data and Products.

7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Suave Score product and the Site at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates this Agreement or is harmful to other users of the Site, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
8. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall the Company, its affiliates, or any related party or person be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages that result from the use of or inability to use the Site or the Suave Score product, including but not limited to reliance on information obtained on the Site, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files or email, loss of or damage to data, errors, defects, viruses, delays in operation or transmission, or any failure of performance, whether or not limited to acts of God, communication failure, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to the Company’s records, programs, or services.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the state of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any legal action arising out of your use of the Site or this Agreement shall be litigated in a court of competent jurisdiction in the state of Arizona.
10. Changes to Terms
The Company may at its sole discretion change, modify, or amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Your continued use of the Site or the Suave Score product signifies your acceptance of any adjustments to these Terms.
